On this Saturday, BJP urged the CBI to register a case against chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his ministers for violating the Provisions of Delhi master Plan 2021 by allowing the opening of liquor shops in non-conforming and residential areas through a cabinet decision.
In this matter, Ramvir Singh Bidhuri while addressing a press conference said, the cabinet had no power to permit opening of liquor shops in residential & non-conforming area.
Mr. RS Bidhuri demanded the registration of FIR against Kejriwal and his ministers who were present at the meeting by CBI.
” AAP GOVERNMENT haven’t said anything in this matter.”
